We can all be overwhelmed by the statistics and photos of the children at risk across the globe, but we can change their lives.

One strategy that makes a difference is supporting and training people who work with the children.

For over 30 years, Janette Pepall has worked as a consultant with governments, not for profit organisations, ministries and churches and has trained and empowered care givers, social workers, administrators, pastors, and teachers, adoptive and foster parents.

She is also the author of the training manual, 'Care for Orphans and Vulnerable Children', commissioned by Crisis Care Training (USA), and is currently writing a series of modules for National Caregivers.

As a professional in the area of children at risk and an adoptive and birth mother, Janette has the ability to apply complex processes, theories and systems and to contextualize them for the field. Her training is culturally sensitive, practical and competency based.
